1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original condition, unused and
• Have all tags attached

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service at contact@shopgirlsoncampus.com.
• Provide your order number and the details of the item you wish to return.
• We will send you a return label and instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 days.

5. Return Shipping Fees

The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product or wrong order).

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items are not eligible for return, including:

• Gift cards
• Personalized products
• Sale items

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item you do not wish to keep first, then place a new order for the desired item.
